Day 6 _ Ohhhh Coach???

Coach is lost!  We can’t find him.  Not really sure what happened.  One day we were getting our quads ground into ground and then he went away.  Mumbling something about our hopelessness.  Oh well so we took Saturday off.  Man training camp has faltered what will our bike life be like without a complete camp.
